How to submit a support ticket
Our support team handles questions about report access, data interpretation, technical issues with dashboards, and anything else that affects your ability to use BrandTrends. Please submit a ticket for every support request so nothing gets lost in email threads.
Email us to open a ticket
Send an email to support@brandtrends.ai. A ticket will be created automatically and an agent will pick it up.
What to include in a good ticket
- The report, dashboard, or country concerned.
- The wave / period the question relates to (e.g. "Wave 2 2025").
- A screenshot for anything visual (broken chart, login error, missing file).
- The browser and device if the issue is technical.
- Whether the issue blocks your work, so we can prioritize correctly.
Response times
- Standard tickets — first response within 1 business day.
- Blocking issues (e.g. cannot access the portal) — we aim for same-day response during business hours.
For commercial questions instead, please contact the sales team.
